You may not modify, reproduce, republish, post, transmit or distribute the application or any of its contents (artwork, text, video, recorded speech , pictures, application design, etc.) without the express written consent of the University of Udine. Only personal use is allowed, provided that no profit is made. Any other use (for example, commercial, research, publication, profit, etc.) is prohibited and requires express written consent of the University of Udine. The court of Udine, Italy, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. By using the "Learn to Brace" application, you allow the University of Udine to record data about your usage of the application, which will be used only in anonymous form for scientific purposes and to improve the software.
You expressly understand and agree that HCI Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inability to use "Learn to Brace".
The "Learn to Brace" application has been built as an interactive game that illustrates a brace position indicated by recent research (for the detailed bibliographic reference, see this page). HCI Lab and University of Udine makes no guarantees, stated or implied, regarding the accuracy of the information provided by the application or contained in this website.
The ideas and suggestions contained in the "Learn to Brace" application are not intended as a substitute for the information provided by the airline you are flying with and its crew members. When you are on an airplane, always follow strictly all the instructions provided by the airline and its crew members.
HCI Lab, University of Udine, the authors and the developers of the "Learn to Brace" app shall NOT be liable or responsible for any loss or damage allegedly arising from any information or suggestion in the "Learn to Brace" app.
