Navigation Aids for 3D Virtual Environments

This video shows the use of location-pointing as a navigation aid in Virtual Environments (VEs). 3D arrows allow users to easily locate objects and places inside large-scale VEs by providing direction and distance information, tracking moving objects and automatically aligning users' point of view with targets.
